Hi, I’m Kimberly Paige, the heart behind “A Paige of Inspiration.” My journey toward authenticity and inspiring others began long before I ever stepped on a stage or became a HR Manager. It started at home, where my parents opened our doors—and hearts—to foster children. At one point, I was the oldest of 14 kids in a vibrant, ever-changing household.

Growing up surrounded by so many unique personalities and stories taught me the true meaning of compassion, resilience, and the courage to be real. In our home, I learned that everyone has moments where they want to be perfect, or they know someone that is struggling with being themselves because what they want is real connection. Helping my siblings and foster brothers and sisters feel seen and supported became second nature—and it’s a gift I now share with audiences everywhere.

Today, I travel the country as a keynote speaker, trainer, facilitator, and creative educator, helping people remove those barriers and embrace their authentic selves. Whether I’m teaching classes, leading workshops, or hiring 1500 employees, my mission is rooted in the lessons I learned as the oldest of 14: everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and celebrated for who they truly are and you don’t have to be perfect to be loved.
